Project Statuses
Statuses can be assigned to projects by all planners. The behavior determines how a status is treated: tentative statuses are excluded by the "Incl. prospects" toggles, and finished statuses are hidden by default in the status filters. Built-in statuses can only be recolored. Internal projects show amber when their status counts as firm work.

💾 Backup Data
Download a complete backup of all application data as a JSON file. The backup includes all users, clients, projects, planning entries, requests, and history.
📂 Restore from Backup
Restore application data from a previously downloaded JSON backup file. Warning: This will replace ALL current data with the data from the backup file.
📥 Import Data
Import data from an Excel file. Download the template first, fill it with your data, then upload it. Existing data will NOT be overwritten - only new entries will be added.
